Probably oil, Steve. It was all industrial stuff. They were pretty proficient but had to have more than one go to get some of the bigger items on the lorry. The drum was one of the easier items.
The hydrolic crane seems to have been fed just rubbish. It appears like some prime-evil monster gorging on junk. I would not want to alone with that one.
I love that practical life just keeps on rolling.
Great B&W shots. And interesting as well. I see that Brits call trucks lorries. Is any size lorrie always called a lorrie?
Well filled frames and very pleasing composition, in all of these. Good series.
I was shooting with a prime, Alessandro. Its a good discipline for framing.
21 barrels of oil on the barge, 21 barrels of oil. Hoist one up, load it on. 20 barrels of oil on the barge…
Bella serie in Bianco/Nero di vita lavorativa!!
Ciao, Pat
Seems like a pretty efficient workflow. They were probably wondering why someone was taking their picture. Seems obvious to us. What’s in the barrel?

These are great industrial shots, you know how I feel b/w, great work
